Iain Ross has over 38 years experience in engineering, business management, strategy development and M&A; covering a broad set of industries in the energy, power, mining & infrastructure sectors and across broad international geographies . After a career with Worley, a global energy business, he was more recently CEO of a NASDAQ listed LNG infrastructure business.
Iain's current interest is focused on the energy transition, including LNG, and how companies need to adapt quickly in anticipation of de-carbonisation and digital disruptive change. Iain holds a BSc In Mechanical Engineering and has is a certified INSEAD International Director
How we operate
We can provide services that range from straightforward business consulting all the way through to deep organisational engagement. An initial engagement, normally with your CEO, will establish the current state of strategy development and implementation. The next interaction may be with the senior leadership team, using tailored tools to develop or update the business strategy - focusing on the strategic shifts and disruptions that digitisation and de-carbonisation are forcing. The resulting strategic plan should yield most opportunity for the business. We can run facilitated workshops with your teams across the world. We can work alongside you and continue to provide ongoing services; including coaching for key executives and monitoring of progress.
